Absolutely disappointed and furious with our experience at Don Franklin-Hyundai, Richmond Rd Lexington, KY. We purchased a brand new car that turned out to have serious mechanical issues after driving it for just more than 2 weeks. It got towed back to them. When we brought this to their attention, they flat-out lied to us, claiming we had no right to return or exchange the vehicle. Alexis Holland in the service department was very unprofessional and not helpul at all. Every time I went to tell her something she would just cut me off with some excuse as to why they couldn't do this or that very unfriendly definitely not what you need when your car is having trouble. We had a great experience at Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington. The showroom is beautiful and they had several options of the specific vehicle we were interested in. In fact, I'd say that this dealership has one of the best selections in the state. We passed at least 2 dealers to get to this one. Our sales person, Chad, was patient and great to deal with. Great experience. We had no idea we were going to buy a SUV that day. Chad did a great job.
In and out in 60 minutes! After explaining what I want over the phone salesman was ready next day with all information that I needed to close the deal. Buyback offer on my previous lease was fair, and financial part was a breeze. Great dealership to buy a vehicle. No problem finding the perfect model from their multiple locations. I found the perfect Palisade on their website, then a few hours later my wife and I drove away in a beautiful Hyundai. Our sales consultant David did a great job throughout the entire transaction-processing the trade in, financing options, and vehicle operation knowledge. No surprises when it came to the financing.

It was a pleasure working with Darry Bond. He was the consummate professional. I wasn't thrilled about having to pay a "market adjustment" over MSRP for a new vehicle and to trade in a vehicle at what I believed to be below market value in exchange for a negotiated adjustment, but I was treated with respect and not subject to high pressure sales tactics.
